We act on a consultancy basis to help you to set up a new or existing site from scratch from the initial tendering phase to proposal, equipment required, training, auditing and manpower perspective.

Proposal: We will assist you in the tender process with respect to tender structure, required equipment and pricing

Equipment: We will walk the site with you and recommend all equipment necessary to effectively, economically and safely manage the contract.

Training: We will train all staff to the required levels of Health & Safety, Cleaning Skills, HR, Management Skills, Infection Control and any other skills required.

Auditing: We will perform an initial site hygiene & documentation audit and monitor the contract progress with subsequent monthly or bi-monthly audit visits to ensure that standards are being kept high or rising.

Manpower: We will calculate the level of staffing required for the specific site based on the type of industry, size, budget and skills required.
